In this section you can learn some ways to support NAMI, including becoming a member and events such as NAMIWalks. NAMI understands what caregivers AND consumers are going through and offers different ways of support, like educational classes, mentors, and support groups. Together with our grassroots volunteers, we work every day to provide help and hope to millions of people. When we take care of our mental health, we all see the benefits. The first step is helping us stop the stigma against mental illness. With your help, we canstop stigma from being a barrier against people seeking help and speaking out.
