NAMI understands what caregivers AND consumers are going through and offers different ways of support, like educational classes, mentors, and support groups. Together with our grassroots volunteers, we work every day to provide help and hope to millions of people. When we take care of our mental health, we all see the benefits. The first step is helping us stop the stigma against mental illness. With your help, we can stop stigma from being a barrier against people seeking help and speaking out.
