Custom Novelty And Wearable Orders
You may return new, unopened items sold by the NAMIStore within 30 days of receipt for a full refund minus shipping. No items returned after 30 days of receipt will be accepted for refund. To receive a refund, items must be returned in their original product packaging, including shrink-wrapping, if applicable.
NAMIStore will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of a NAMI Store error. Contact us and we will guide you through the return process and supply you with a return mailing label if applicable.
Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process depending on transit time from the customer to NAMI, the processing of your return by the NAMI Store and accounting processing your refund; however in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We will notify you via e-mail of your pending refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
No refunds will be issued for the following items:
- Any item that has signs of use or damage
- Any CD or DVD that has been opened/taken out of its shrink-wrap. (Exception: a replacement will be issued for opened items that are defective.)
- Any custom print materials, novelty items or clothing
